The PMC board is now asking Attorney General Tim Fox if they can legally hold closed meetings? Sounds to me like they are trying to hide something from the very same people who are paying the mill levy funds!
Even if Eric Wood, the CEO of Pioneer Medical Center, could “legally” close the meetings to the public, why would they? The board wants to have closed meetings to “avoid the scrutiny of the press and to avoid extended public comments”?
