Sheriff’s deputies seize more than 75 grams of meth

Sheriff’s deputies seized more than 75 grams of meth at a residence in Big Timber July 12 after investigating a reported robbery at Big Rock Campground, according to documents filed July 24 in Montana Sixth Judicial District Court in Sweet Grass County.

Nikole D. Luttschwager was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and criminal possession with intent to distribute, both felonies. Darin Tochihara was charged with robbery and assault with a weapon, also felonies. In a separate case related to the same incident he was charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, both felonies, as well as one misdemeanor drug offense. Both Tochihara and Luttschwager pleaded not guilty July 25 to all charges.

In an affidavit, Sweet Grass County sheriff’s deputy Thor Terland reported responding July 11 to a call from Michael DeLack about a robbery at the Big Rock Campground.
