Thomas Victor Norris

Nov. 16, 1955 - March 28, 2017

Thomas Victor Norris, born in Littleton, Colorado on Nov. 16, 1955, passed away on March 28, 2017, in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was surrounded by loved ones in his home as his battle with colon cancer came to an end.

His parents, Richard Norris and Cleora Coffield, raised Vic in the Denver area where he grew up playing on the family ranch in Castle Creek and getting into mischief with his brothers.

In 1975 he enlisted in the Army and left Colorado to serve in the military police force. Vic was an avid fly fisherman his entire life and this passion drew him to Montana, moving his family to Big Timber in 1992.

A highly skilled carpenter, he started his own contracting company and called Big Timber home until returning to Colorado in 2002.

He is survived by his three children, Kristopher, Jason and Jennifer, his wife (and angel who cared for him through all) Jill, his brothers, Todd, Mike and Mark, his nieces Trish and Jessica, and his ex-wife and mother of his children, Ann Tyler. Dad, you will be missed and forever loved.
